What Is Abstract Art?

Art is a personal affair and a good piece of abstract art will not only spark your attention, but also draw you in and create an emotional reaction. Have you ever looked at a picture and either loved it or hated it without really knowing why?

If your looking to liven up a bare wall with a beautiful piece of art that's been designed specifically with you in mind or even a business person looking to brighten up the office and bring some culture into your life with a spot of corporate art then you'll find everything you need right here.

I am a freelance artist and have been creating bespoke art works for my customers for just over 5 years.  I specialise in contemporary abstract paintings in either acrylic or mixed medium and like nothing more than designing and creating that special piece just for you.  All my work is created once and once only and all my pieces are signed, dated and complete with their certificate of authenticity.

My work hang in collections all over the world, including Australia, America, Japan, Europe and of course the UK and I regularly exhibit.  You will find details of exhibitions and events in the events area.

So now I've introduced myself, why don't you pop to the shop and peruse the shelves for a ready made piece of art for your very own wall.  Cant see exactly what you like, or fancy combining two or three items into one piece?  That's not a problem, I offer a free no obligation design and quotation service as well.  Just contact me to discuss your requirements.

Painting Of The Month

Nameless

'Nameless'

This beautiful painting is available to buy for a limited time only at the fantastic price of only £75.00.  It is painted on a 32" x 12" gallery wrapped canvas and is enhanced with metallic copper paint.  Painted on all four sides with a continuing pattern it can be hung any way you like, either horizontally or vertically.

I recently ran a competition to name this painting.

The winner was Nigel of Fast Fences.  See my blog for more details.
